Zipper Tensile strength check:

It’s a simple process to check the lateral strength of a zipper by using the zipper tensile strength checking machine. A minimum load for lateral pull is used for our basic commercial zipper and for the high end Platinum range the weight goes beyond.

Crock Meter check:

This test method covers the determination of the degree of color that may be transferred from the textile tape of zippers of all fibers to other surfaces by rubbing under wet or dry conditions, or both.

Zipper life testing:

In this type of testing, the puller is moved up and down the zipper while applying heavy force and tension to the zipper in vertical and lateral form. A minimum of 1000 open and close movements is the basic qualifying criteria for any Y2K product. However, for a high end Diamond and Platinum range, the number of to and fro cycles go beyond the standard norm easily reaches benchmark depending on the type of customization.
